Ordering

  • Order Anytime: Feel free to order online whenever—it’s super flexible, and you can pick up at either of our spots.
  • Pickup Window: You can grab your order starting half an hour after we open, and up until an hour before we close. Keep an eye on our social and website for holiday hours!

Refunds & Holding Orders

  • Refunds: We’ve got your back for certain situations that might need a refund. Just give us a shout.
  • Forgotten Pickups: If your sandwich is left lonely, we’ll keep it company for 24 hours—then it’s bye-bye sandwich.
  • Keeping It Cool: We’re working on getting a cool grab-and-go section to keep your order fresh if you’re running late.

  • Order Ahead: Planning a future feast? Order ahead as long as it matches our opening times.
  • Location Mix-Up?: If you show up at the wrong spot, no worries—we’ll sort out your order at the right place since you’ve already paid. Just don’t make it a habit.
